Once you have confirmed your order within LORDS - Luminaires company website, it goes through three states: waiting, delivery soon under current delivery.
Depending on the payment method you have chosen, (for foreign countries outside France, it is international bank transfert), you can either cancel the order or change the delivery location. Different scenarios are detailed below:

These is the case for products that we regularly can get from our suppliers, and for which our suppliers delays are ranging from 2 to 10 days depending on the supplier (except if the products are out of their stocks). Indeed, if products are out of stock at our suppliers, delays for products to be in our stocks can take several months.
